Return Policy

We aim for complete customer satisfaction at The Paloha Club. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Before returning the item, we kindly ask you to send an email to thepalohaclub@gmail.com stating the reason for return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and must not be worn. Returns that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its receipt. Upon approval, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that the processing time for returns may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged at the time of receipt. In that case, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement item or reimbursement of the return costs.
